SKP Chapter 8 Mexican Connection has a long-standing tradition of giving back to local schools and charitable organizations as part of our mission and commitment to the communities we visit.

During the 2027 Wine, Waves, and Whales Rally, we will be staying at Guadalupe RV Park, located at Rancho Sordo Mundo a remarkable school dedicated to educating deaf children. Learn more about their inspiring work here: Rancho Sordo Mundo.

In addition, our chapter members will be volunteering at a local school by:

• Providing backpacks and school supplies to children in need
• Installing drywall in new classrooms
• Painting and improving learning spaces for students

Your donation helps make these projects possible. Together, we can provide valuable resources, improve educational facilities, and support children and families who will directly benefit from our efforts.

The General Registration for the 2027 Rally, Wine, Waves, and Whales, will open on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.  Members will receive the registration link via email.  There are a limited number of slots and they are usually filled within minutes! 

At Escapade in Fryeburg, Maine, in June 2026, our 2027 Wagonmaster gave attendees a preview of our exciting upcoming rally to Mexico.

Our adventure begins in Southern California in mid-February 2027 as we journey south over three unforgettable weeks through the spectacular Baja California Peninsula. Along the way, we'll have numerous opportunities to witness one of nature's most incredible wildlife experiences—the magnificent gray whales that spend the winter months in Baja's sheltered coastal lagoons.

From breathtaking scenery and authentic Mexican culture to unforgettable wildlife encounters, this rally promises memories that will last a lifetime.
