Chapter 8 Mexican Conn Rally Cancellations and Refunds

While we hope every rally experience is enjoyed to the fullest, we understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. We approach these situations with empathy and transparency, aiming to minimize inconvenience for all involved.

Cancellation Incurred Costs

Chapter 8 incurs certain expenses with each cancellation, including:
    • Credit/Debit Card “chargeback” fees (typically around $25) and other banking fees
    • Deposits for campgrounds, clncessionaires, and restaurants
    • Administrative overhead costs for printing and rally management overheads
Unfortunately, these costs are often unrecoverable, impacting our ability to refund in full. However, we strive to manage these situations fairly.

Consider Trip Travel Insurance

We recommend that our valued members consider trip travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected cancellations and mitigate potential losses.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy reflects our commitment to fairness and flexibility:
If we’re able to fill a cancelled reservation with a new booking from another RV enthusiast, we’ll refund 95% of the rally payment.
    • Cancellations within 7 days of the rally will receive a 33% refund.
    • No-shows will be refunded 25% of their rally payment.
    • For cancellations made within 30 days of the rally start, a 70% refund will be issued.
    • Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of the rally start date are eligible for an 80% refund.
