This is the appropriate forum to ask questions and comment on the need for and use of member volunteers to operate a Chapter 8 rally. Chapter 8 is an all-volunteer organization that exists only because of the extensive contributions of volunteers. How does one volunteer? What volunteer tasks need support? How effective are these volunteer efforts?
